The space This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Airbnb features a full kitchen, dedicated parking, washer & dryer, luxury queen size memory foam bed, sofa bed, work station, and blazing fast wifi. Say goodbye to noisy neighbors, footsteps from upstairs, low basement ceilings, and street noise in this STANDALONE guesthouse in the heart of the city. Perched above Hazel Heights P-Patch community garden, step outside for an easy stroll through the sunflowers, kiwis, tomatoes, berries and other vegetables and fruits that are in season. Enjoy the views of the Olympic Mountains, Salmon Bay canal, and epic nightly sunsets. For your comfort, we've also installed air conditioning, which most Seattle Airbnbs do not have. We provide all of the amenities you would find at a hotel: towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, hangers, etc. to name a few. EV charging is available via a level 2 Tesla charger. For non-Teslas, let us know and we'll bring you a J1172 adapter to use. Whether it's a simple bacon and eggs breakfast or a gourmet dinner, our kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, baking pan, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Stay connected with super fast fiber optic internet (300+ mbps). Our Airbnb is professionally cleaned by one of the premiere cleaning companies in Seattle. Rest assured that our Airbnb will be perfectly clean for your stay. Guest access Guests have private access to the guesthouse using an electronic lock (code will be provided prior to your check-in date), and 1 parking spot. Check-in time is flexible anytime after 3 PM (late evening and night arrivals are fine) and Check-out time is anytime before 11 AM. With the electronic lock, there is no need to coordinate meeting up to swap keys, so you can arrive at your leisure. Don't want to drag your luggage around town? We've got your covered! We have a locked storage area for those wanting to drop-off bags prior to check-in or store bags after check-out. Other things to note Please remember that you will be staying in a guesthouse, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. If you plan on staying in our Airbnb for more than 14 days, we require a additional cleaning ($95) during your stay. We will coordinate to find a convenient time. For your safety and ours, there are surveillance cameras outside of the Airbnb and around our house on the same property. There are NO cameras inside of the Airbnb. Your privacy, safety, and comfort is our #1 concern. The cameras protect both of us in case something bad happens.
