White Sands Chalet

A new cozy house surrounded by pine forest. 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, electric sauna, fireplace, terrace, balcony, living and dining areas, equipped kitchen. The facade and interior of the house are made in the style of a mountain chalet with wood and stone finishing. High-speed WiFi throughout the house. All beds have orthopedic mattresses, pillows, blankets, bed linen, towels are provided free of charge. There is a barbecue area and a front place in the yard. Free parking at the gate. Forest trails and ski track from the house! The space The house is on the outskirts of a cottage village. A pine forest begins directly from the house. Beautiful house design and modern engineering equipment make your stay comfortable and carefree. The first floor is an open space with a fireplace, TV and comfortable sofas, as well as a dining area with a spacious wooden table, bar counter and equipped kitchen (two refrigerators, oven, microwave, gas stove, coffee machine, electric kettle, blender, cooking and serving utensils). Also on the first floor there is an electric sauna with a juniper panel, two bathrooms, a shower unit, a washing machine and a drying room. The second floor is occupied by 6 cozy bedrooms of different capacities. Three of them have their own bathroom with shower. Guests of the other three rooms have access to a separate bathroom on the floor. Four rooms have double beds, it is possible to install an extra full bed or a baby cot. The whole house has wonderful designer lamps and decorative elements made of elm and oak, the rooms have massive cedar furniture. The spacious illuminated terrace and balcony are ideal for outdoor relaxation surrounded by pine trees. A barbecue area and a place for soulful gatherings by the fire. There is a paved parking lot for several cars at the gate of the site. Guest access There is a pine forest around the house with many paths convenient for walking. In summer, the forest is full of mushrooms and berries. In winter, you can go cross-country skiing on a professionally lit track right from the Chalet, or take an exciting snowmobile ride. Less than two kilometers from the house flows the Nerskaya River, with sandy shores and coastal meadows. In the warm season the river is suitable for rafting and swimming. In the surrounding area you can visit a deer farm (20 minutes by car). Other things to note The house is not rented for parties.
