Trillium Acres Guest House

Located 10 miles from downtown Morgantown and the stadium. Cooper's Rock is just 12 miles away, with hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing. Our cozy house with modern amenities can accommodate 6 people with 2 queen beds, 1 twin and a queen pull-out sofa. Trillium Acres Cottage and Trillium Acres Hilltop are next door and a short walk through the woods for larger groups needing more space. The space Our cozy guest house has an inviting main living area, with a studio style living room, kitchen and a wood stove to enjoy on cold evenings. Lots of windows and a sliding glass door invite you to step outside and enjoy the spacious deck and beautiful sunset views. An open stairwell leads to the third floor bedroom, furnished with a Queen bed and a twin bed. A half bath is tucked in the corner of the room. Go outside and downstairs to access the ground level suite (not accessible from inside the house). A completely separate and private bedroom with a queen bed and private bath. Relax after a long day in the generous sized jacuzzi bathtub. Outside, behind the house are two clawfoot bathtubs set in a deck. On-demand hot water will fill them with hot water to soak your cares away. (May not be available during freezing winter weather) Check the welcome book inside the house for instructions. The main house, the hosts live in, is located just beside the guest house and the driveway is shared between both houses. Pets are welcome! We do ask that dogs are leashed when outside the house. Behind the house is a fenced area if you would like to let your dogs run off leash. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and use of the property, including the outdoor bathtubs and fire pit. Other things to note Please enter the actual number of guests (over 2 years old) when booking. The base rate is for 4 guests. There is an $25 per person per night fee for additional guests. The Guesthouse is pet friendly for dogs and cats. There is a $50 pet fee for up to 2 pets for your stay. If you plan to bring more than 2 pets or pets other than cats or dogs contact us before booking. Pets MUST be on leash at all times outside of the fenced dog run.
