Located in the heart of the lively village of Seignosse, our house is located on the main axis between forest (2 min walk) and ocean (10 min by car or bike) Sports enthusiasts can surf, paddle, cycle (network of bike paths at the foot of the house), skate (skate park in the village or Penon), golf, Basque pelota on the fronton of the town hall... Do you need to equip yourself? The Pédebert artisanal area, home to the largest surf shops, is within walking distance. The space We live year-round in this family home that is warm, simple and functional. Its interior is the expression of our personalities: colorful, bright, a mixture of new and vintage... We trust that travelers will be able to enjoy their stay while respecting the places, the neighbors and especially coexist peacefully with our two adorable cats, Stella and Mia, who do not like to travel with us because they are too fearful. Lots of leisure activities are available nearby. This is a house that we reserve for families, with optional toys and equipment for 0-5 year olds. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Only laundry and garden shed are not accessible. Other things to note Our house is located by the road, passing by the beaches in the summer, quite quiet during the day, and the traffic remains very bearable throughout the year.
