Quiet and relaxing lake cabin

This quaint little cabin sits on almost an acre of land, with woods to the one side and a beautiful lake to enjoy in the front. The cabin sits on Marion Lake, a great lake for fishing, water sports, and just relaxing with family and friends. The space Looking for some family time or just time to get away from your hectic life - come relax at this 2 bedroom cabin surrounded by the lake on one side and the woods on the back side with 3/4 acres to enjoy the outdoors - including a campfire pit, play area for kids, sandbox, dock and swimming area. The lake has public access to launch your boat - the lake is perfect for both recreation and fishing! This beautiful cabin on Little Marion Lake has a very warm inviting feel with an open concept kitchen with island/breakfast bar and a comfortable living room overlooking the lake. Both bedrooms have queen beds. The nautical themed bathroom has a large shower and granite top vanity. The cabin is set back from the lake, so you'll take a stroll across the yard to the descent on the wooden stairs that lead to the lake. Right off the shore, the lake is a shallow with a gradual sloped entry - great for children to swim or to fish off the dock. There is a nice fire pit to keep you warm with the gorgeous view on your peaceful nights. Guest access Guests will have access to the (almost) 1 acre property including the dock, lake access, and cabin (excluding the shed & storage area). Other things to note There are many child-friendly amenities, with a swing-set play area, child-friendly dishes, toys, books, movies, and portable crib and high-chair upon request. Additional items you may want to bring to make your stay more comfortable: - extra bath towels and beach towels (we do provide one bath towel for everyone) - bug spray - firewood for the campfire - charcoal and lighter fluid for the grill Pets are allowed upon approval and for an additional fee. No campers/RVs/motorhomes or tents are allowed to stay overnight on the property. Two single-person kayaks and a paddleboard are included for your use while renting the cabin.
