Architecturally designed, this compact studio is a 15 minute walk from Jan Juc beach and shops with Torquay and Bells Beach only a short drive away. The studio is attached to the main house, but has its own private courtyard entrance with off-street parking right outside the front door. The perfect place for a short stay! The space The main room features a queen sized bed with 100% French flax linen, a wall mounted TV (with an extendable arm for better viewing in bed) with access to Netflix, Prime, Docplay (through Prime), Stan and and HBO Max. There is a small table suitable to use as a workspace. For cooling and heating, there is a ceiling fan and LVI radiant heater. There is also a split system for air conditioning and additional heating . The kitchenette has a small fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee plunger, tea pot, toaster and sandwich maker. So if you want to bring your own supplies to make toasties, go for it! The kitchenette is also stocked with the following basics: coffee (ground and instant), black tea (loose and bags), herbal tea (bags), milo (or hot chocolate), butter, nuttelex, raspberry jam, vegemite, honey, peanut butter, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, a variety of portion sized cereal packs, a small loaf of bread (or muffins or crumpets), fresh milk and a bottle of filtered water. The bathroom has a hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner (from local company Grassroots Movement) and body wash. There is also an outside shower which you are welcome to use apres-beach as well as a clothesline to hang bathers, towels and wetsuits. If you are staying for a week or more, I am also happy to do laundry for you at no additional cost. Access to an iron and ironing board is also available on request.
