Bluebird Estate is a premiere boutique event venue & vacation home in the foothills of the Ozarks. It was completely renovated in 2022 & features 16 beautiful acres, a 1 acre stocked pond, beautiful gardens, onsite catering for events, an 85' front porch with a swing & chairs, a firepit, ample room for kids to play. We can accommodate a total of 20 onsite guests in our 3 suites. For events additional rates apply This is the perfect place to make a lifetime of wonderful memories together. The space The Blue Sky Suite sleeps 10 guests. Each of the 5 bedrooms has their own unique style. The second floor loft bedroom also has an 8'x2' window nook that is perfect for children to sleep or enjoy an afternoon book. --The LR and DR has a beachy feel and features a working fireplace for those cool evening, a 7' table for wonderful family/friends meals. --The Kitchen is fully stocked with a Refrigerator, Oven/stove, Farm sink, Keurig with a variety of coffee Kcups, 2 stainless prep tables, pots, pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glassware, wine glasses, coffee cups and a variety of other supplies, etc. --There are 2 bathrooms. Each with a sink, shower, toilet. --The property has an incredible stocked 1 acre fishing pond. We can supply your group with some fishing rods and lures if needed. Please request in advance. --We also offer onsite catering if you are planning a special celebration during your stay. Please let us know in advance so we can discuss menus and pricing with you. At night you can relax and enjoy our beautiful 85' deck, swing, chairs and party lights. There is also a firepit for your use in the front yard. During the day we have beautiful gardens with seating for your enjoyment, ample yard for kids to play and 16 acres to enjoy. we look forward to hosting your stay . Guest access Access via a private coded gate coming in Fall 2022. The suite has keyless coded entry on the front door. Outdoor areas are shared with other guests. Other things to note Lots of antique shops, Breweries, distilleries to make day trips a pleasure. There are restaurants in towns nearby. We will be happy to make recommendations. Great Trout fishing and fishing guides available on the White river about 30/40 minutes away. Caves to explore, festivals and the Ozark Mountains nearby.
