Best for 2 adults +children. Double bed and two twins in low ceiling loft . Your cabin is private but it is a shared Property, not exclusive unless all 3 cabins are booked by your party. The space Blue Tiny Home can sleep up to 4 guests. Bathroom has sink, toilet, and a shower for guests to use. The Blue Tiny Home is apart of the property that we call Cloverdale Cabins. There is a kitchenette area (not a full sized kitchen) with sink, coffee maker, fridge (not a full sized one). See pictures in the listing for details to ensure it meets YOUR needs. If you have a party bigger than 4, you can also book the Cozy Cabin (sleeps 8) and/or the Green Cottage (sleeps 4). REC ROOM RULES: The Rec Room + Hottub is available for use for a small fee of $50 for stays 1-3nights. $75 if you stay 4 nights or longer. This must be paid prior to arrival. Welcome to Fun Central! Please help us keep it enjoyable for everyone. -Hot Tub Happiness: No pets, food, or glass in the hot tub, please. Don't forget to shower before dipping! And no kids under 15 in the hottub without supervision. -Dart Board Safety: Keep it friendly and fun! Please don't throw darts if someone is in the line of fire. -Rec Room Etiquette: Take turns and share the fun! Please handle the games with care. -Respect the Space: Clean up after yourself to keep the area neat for the next guests. -Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM to respect others' peace. -Pet Policy: We love furry friends, but please keep them out of the recreation room. -No Smoking: For everyone's health and safety, smoking is not permitted inside the rec room. Guest access UPDATE: New TV installed Oct 2022 so enjoy a movie streamed while logged into your Netflix account. Other things to note ATTENTION all guests must be approved. We can host up to 16 guests. If you have a party of 16, then you will need to book Cozy Cabin (sleeps 8), Blue Tiny Home (sleeps 4), and Green Cottage (sleeps 4) on the "Cloverdale Cabins entire property-sleeps 13-16" listing. Or if you choose to book just the tiny homes, you may choose to do so as well if both are available to host your party of 8. In case of a storm or tornado, our designated shelter for the property is in the basement of the Cozy Cabin that the tiny homes share the property with. Please note that the guests from either of the tiny homes will be welcome to seek shelter in the basement to help keep everyone safe.
