The cottage has 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 person sleeper sofa, 1 full bath, full kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, 2 smart TVs (1 in bedroom and 1 in common area), microwave and fast Wi-Fi. Peaceful, quiet, free parking, including big vehicles and fire pit with outdoor chairs! Trails: Lake Zwerner & Pulloff, Hardman Farm Heritage, Davis Creek Falls, Byron Reece & Dukes Creek Falls! The space 1 bedroom , 1 kitchen with table , 4 chairs, 1 person sleeper couch, 1 full bath. Cottage is on a small hill , independent and is not attached to the main building. Lot of outdoor space , fire pit and outdoor chairs. Guest access Guests will have an independent Cottage. This is standalone cottage and does not share even a wall with anyone else! Other things to note This Cottage in on small hill on 1.85 acre lot. Very quite and serene location. Plenty of Sun during the winter and cool during summer as we have trees around the property Washer & Dryer room is part of the cottage and not shared with anyone else. You will be provided starter toiletries, Dishwasher pod and Laundry detergent pods. If you are staying for long term, there is a Ingles 4.5 miles away, where you can all your food and home supplies.
