Expandable sectional sofa bed and bedding for max 3 people. - In & out of SF in 10 mins - 2 blocks to Safeway - 5 mins drive to Stonestown Shopping Mall, SFSU & Golden Gate Park - 7 mins drive to Twin Peaks - 15 mins drive to SFO - 20 mins to Downtown SF by light rail L The space This is a private studio at the ground level of my house, with windows facing my backyard (no backyard access). You have your own entrance from the side of the house, and will not share any space with us. Due to limited space, you will not sleep on a regular bed, but the expandable sofa bed and foldable twin mattress (we provide pillows, towels, bed sheets and comforter). Maximum 3 people allowed at any time, please do NOT bring other people over. It's very important that you do NOT eat or drink on top of the pool table. We have folding tables for you to put your foods and items on. Extra cleaning fee will apply if the pool table is found stained. My family lives upstairs, so it's possible that you may hear our footsteps some times. And it's important to stay quiet after 10PM. No smoking at all inside or outside the house. Please do not disturb the neighbors. Parking The street outside our house has a 2-hour parking limit during day time except weekends, so please park on Rivera Ave 1.5 blocks away instead. If you really can't find parking, let us know and we can let you park parallel at our driveway. Other things to note STR License: STR-0005310 Note: This room can accommodate up to 3 guests and there is an extra guest fee of $20/guest/night, after the first 2 guests so please make sure to enter the correct number of guests at the time of booking so this fee will get included automatically.
