The space Designed as a family home, Deerfield House was completed in late 2009 and is built of traditional natural stone with underfloor heating throughout. The house provides spacious living accommodation arranged over three floors. A gravelled driveway leads from the village green with the house approached through electronically operated double wooden gates. The house has two bedrooms with super king size beds with one of them en-suite. There are three further bedrooms - a single en-suite, a room with a child's loft bed, and two single beds in a large bedroom on the third floor with shared shower room. All in all, five bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Downstairs, the house has a library and workspace, a dining room, a sitting room with a stone open fireplace (not in use), and a garden room with almost full length glazed windows and doors opening into the kitchen. The spacious kitchen has full length wide glazed doors leading out onto the gardens and terrace area. There is also a utility room with washer and dryer. The rear gardens face South with a wide paved terrace - ideal for outdoor entertaining and a wonderful spot to enjoy the garden and rural views. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all parts of the house except the garage, a small playroom on the first floor which will be locked and a master bedroom and bathroom (also locked). There are still plenty of rooms available (it's a big house!) including all receptions rooms and 5 bedrooms.
