Awesome - private suite with amazing view

From the comfort of a private suite within a house on the edge of the ocean - Indulge in the endless Arctic view and experience peace, tranquility at its best; all from the comfort of this warm, cozy, chic, little private apartment. Breathtaking all year round. The space House at the edge of the ocean; Frobisher Bay to be exact. One corner of the house roughly 100 ft.² has been turned into a completely separate private unit for occupancy by Airbnb travellers. Perfect for a business trip or vacation. House is very close to the water and one can observe the tides coming in and out on a 24 hour cycle. The house itself has been completely newly renovated in 2021. The house, including the suite is all brand new. This includes wall, ceilings, windows, floors, insulation, and fixtures, such as bathrooms, closets, and kitchenettes. It is super clean and fresh. Very enjoyable. The house is located on the Apex trail, which is a hike from Apex into Iqaluit. Quite beautiful with stunning views. Approximately 5 kilometers. Guest access Guests have a completely separate private entrance on the right side of the house up a few stairs onto a little balcony and then into a private hallway which leads to the suite. Guest may also use the deck in the backyard and roam the entire property on the outside. Other things to note We certainly have Internet here, however, due to the fact that we live in the arctic and we are subject to weather conditions. sometimes there are power outages, or the streaming might be very slow. For the most part, this is not happened. I have two Internet servers to keep the Airbnb going, but please understand if there is a power outage, the routers are off and they need to be physically turned on again.
