Spacious rustic 15 acre retreat that sits right off of Highway 40 and backs up to Deer Creek. Enjoy the heated pool with slide, fire pit, half basketball court, in-ground trampoline and large back deck in complete seclusion! The 7,500 square foot home has lots of space for multiple families or large groups and 4 gas fire places. There is sleeping room for 8 before putting anyone on couches and air mattresses. The space Inside the home on the first floor there is a large open living room/kitchen/dining space with a 75” TV, a fire place and 3 sets of french doors with access to the massive back deck with grill, table and sitting area with fire pit. The master bedroom by the front entrance also has a gas fire place and washer/dryer you will have access to use. The impressive library with a gas fire place and pool table is also right inside the front door. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a 1,200 square foot game room with a 75” TV and air hockey table. The basement has a gas log fire place and half bath. Guest access Guests are free to use all open areas except for the garage and closets; with the exception of the linen closet on the upstairs landing. Other things to note There are 6 flatscreen smart TVs . It is recommended guests bring their own streaming service. Also, we do not charge an additional cleaning fee. We simply ask that guests leave the home as they found it.
