The space The property sits nestled next to a mountain brook on a quiet gravel road close to town. The main space includes a well-appointed kitchen (no need to bring your own knives), a large dining room (the table can be expanded to seat 10), and a comfortable living space with a view of the pond. There is a second living space above the garage featuring a modern home theater and a Playstation 5. There are numerous bedrooms, the primary suite above the garage with a queen size bed and a newly renovated bathroom with a massive shower, the chalet suite with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, a bedroom on the ground floor with a nearby bathroom with tub, multiple beds downstairs, and the home theater couch is a pull-out with a new foam mattress. The house easily fits two families with children. Finally, the yard is fully equipped for summer fun, with badminton, two hammocks, a picnic table by the forest, outdoor nightime lighting, and a NEW expanded pond that will be ready for swimming by the end of the summer. The back deck overlooking the brook features a grill and a beverage fridge, a new table for dining and two loungers for the sun-seekers among you. Finally, there's a pinball machine hiding in the small house out back. (Waterworld! What's a weekend without Dennis Hopper yelling at you about pure dirt?!)
