The space The Apartment This lovely 1 bedroom apartment is roughly 400 SQ FT but it has been intelligently designed and utilised to satisfy all of our guest's needs. The apartments has a living area with a couch and coffee table to put your feet up and read a book or watch some cable TV. This couch also turns into a bed that can sleep up to two extra guests. There is dining table that seats 4 to enjoy a meal or play some board games. The queen size bed in the room super comfortable and it will ensure a great night sleep, a smart TV is also located in the bedroom. The bathroom is inside of the bedroom. There is a work desk for those travellers whose stay is not just pleasure and it can be used with our high speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook all sorts of meals. The Courtyard and building Our apartments are located in a multi-family building that is all rented to lovely guest such as yourself. The building is quaint with lots of character. The open courtyard features a lovely heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs and seating areas around it to enjoy South Florida's perfect weather. Along the courtyard you will find communal grills to bring the inner chef out. The property also has plenty of parking surrounding it for an easy in and out. The location Our property is located in the beautiful and quiet Pompano Beach only a block away from its sandy beaches. Within walking distance you will find groceries, shopping, and lovely restaurants and bars to spend some time. Some rooms are adjoining; however, the connecting door is securely locked at all times and can only be accessed by the host, ensuring full guest privacy and safety. Unfortunately, we are not a pet-friendly property. We love our furry friends, but unlucky situations have caused us to change our policy and strictly enforce it. Service Animal Assurance Form must be completed for reservation accompanied by a Service Animal. IMPORTANT: A person who knowingly and willfully misrepresents themself as using a service animal and/or being qualified to use a service animal commits a misdemeanor of the second degree. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am (No Loud noise or music) Because of South Florida's tropical climate, we perform monthly fumigation services during the second week on Tuesdays every month with a professional company. We will kindly need access to all units to perform this service. Prior notice will be sent when this service will be performed. The treatment is odorless and non-toxic to humans. NOTE: Windows may be sealed/blocked. As a precautionary measure, we recommend keeping them closed if not screened and keeping doors closed to decrease the chances of outsider insects accessing units. An online "terms & conditions" form separate from Airbnb must be signed before check-in, and you must send a copy of your ID. This is our virtual registration form.
