Spacious 4-bed family home with garden and parking

Our spacious home is very family friendly with separate areas for adults and children if that suits. There is a large south-east facing enclosed garden with a kids mud kitchen, slide and games. There is outdoor dining and lounge seating for hosting along with a table tennis table and a BBQ. We have Netflix, Prime, Disney+, Sky and a Playstation. We are walking distance from Petersfield but closer to the village of Sheet which has a great local, The Queens Head as well as lots of lovely walks. The space located on a small cul de sac with 7 other houses (all neighbors friendly and in close contact), our house is ideally situated close to Petersfield town centre but also right in Sheet village with the benefits of some lovely walks just off your doorstep and a good village pub. London is just over an hours drive or train, the coast is closer at 25 mins (southsea -40 mins for the Witterings). We are right in the heart of the South Downs but also close to other urban hubs such as Winchester & Farnham and country hot spots such as Midhurst for the Polo. We tend to spend most of the time in the kitchen as it's quite large and the doors open out on to the patio which is perfect for hosting in the summer. The garden is enclosed should you have pets and also private with tall trees surrounding it. you can really catch the sun in nice weather but can place seating nearer the trees if you fancy some shade. as we have a 3yr old and a 3 month old we have a lot of toys and entertainment should you also have kids around this age! please do ask if you need anything specific. as this is a longer term (min one week stay) we will happily pack all clothes and personals away in the attic so you have full use of wardrobes etc. There is a table tennis table and rowing machine and bikes you are free to use should you wish. there is one king size bed, one double bed, a cot bed and a single bed with another single trundle pull out bed Other things to note We are looking for stays minimum of a week, maximum for 2 months with discounts applied for one month +. In this time we will use the money to get away ourselves and use some parental time off we have for a change of scene. We have plenty of family nearby who will be on hand should you need any assistance. We are very flexible on dates within July and August
