Spacious house located in Obrero, Davao City Downtown location The space The closest thing we are providing in this listing is renting an entire one bedroom house. Since we are always out of town and most of the year we are in Canada, we have decided to rent it out. The house has 3 bedrooms, but we have decided to just rent the guest room for now. One bedroom is occupied by our caretaker's daughter but it is almost like you are not sharing the house with anyone since our caretaker has an entire secondary unit at the back of the property. That being said, the dining area, kitchen, and living room are yours to enjoy as well! :)
