Studio Kala II: fully equipped apartment

The fully and luxuriously furnished Studio Kala II (A2+2, 65 m2) is located on the 2nd/3rd floor of a residential house at the end of a dead-end alley in the marina of Podgora, a 3-minute walk from the pebble beach. Very suitable for couples with 1 or 2 children who love luxury and want to enjoy a quiet, breathtaking environment. You can swim, do water sports, (mountain) hiking, cycling or rent a motorboat. Various shops, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. The space Studio Kala II consists of a bedroom/living room, bathroom and kitchen on the 2nd floor and a second bedroom with terrace on the 3rd floor (indoor space 55 m2, outdoor space 10 m2). The spacious bedroom/living room (13.5 m2) is located at the front of the house. There is a fold-out sofa bed for two people (2 times 200x80cm) and a second sofa bed, a table and 2 seats. The bedroom window overlooks the alley. In the bedroom/living room is the air conditioning for the 2nd floor. In the bathroom (4.5 m2) there is a shower, sink and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen (11.5 m2) is located at the back of the house and has various facilities for cooking and eating: a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a dining table with 6 chairs. In addition, there are plenty of cooking and eating supplies such as different types of pans, dishes, cutlery and glasses. The kitchen window overlooks the Biokovo Mountains. The stairs from the bedroom/living room lead to the bedroom (20 m2) on the 3rd floor. Here is a spacious double bed (210x160cm), a chest of drawers and a closet to hang clothes. In the bedroom, there is air conditioning for the 3rd floor. The terrace (8 m2), which can be reached from the bedroom on the 3rd floor, has sun all day and offers a special view over the gardens of the various houses and the Biokovo mountains. There is a table with 2 chairs. Other things to note Studio Kala has one reserved parking space (ask for it when booking!). In addition, it is possible to park in the nearby public parking lot. Tickets for the duration of the stay may be available for this. The cost for this is about €10 per day. Studio Kala has a washing machine for communal use. Rent of the apartment includes use of bedding, various towels and hamam towels (180x100cm) for the beach.
