The space - This is a spacious, private suite/loft-style apartment that includes your own full kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. - Located on the second floor (about 30 steps up - those old buildings are tall!). - Enter from the front stairs. The entrance to your completely private suite is from the common hallway upstairs. - Check yourself in with the keypad code provided to you on the day of your arrival. No host will be present. - Shared laundry on same floor. - Shared game closet and pool towels in the common hallway. - No pets are allowed. Guest access There is plenty of free parking both in front of and behind The Evanston. You'll enter the building from the front door and go up the stairs (30 steps) to the second floor to access your private apartment from the hallway. You'll have access to a shared laundry room at the end of the hall.
