Sunny Unique Lofted Bedroom w/private bath

Hi! Lofted sunny bedroom available for 30 day stays in huge 2bdrm apartment (30 days is the minimum stay due to NYC Law but message me for additional options). Shared big kitchen and private bathroom on third floor. Very spacious room, high ceilings. Laundry in the basement and two blocks to the J train. Located in Bushwick. Lots to do here and close to all! Other roommate living here is Joe, an artist and service industry professional The space The bedroom is spacious and sunny with high ceilings and tall windows on three of the four walls that overlook a small shared backyard. Shared kitchen/dining area fully stocked and with a dishwasher - and full private bathroom. I have an office and workspace in the apartment as well so depending on my work and travel schedule I’ll be around from time to time to work and clean which is the only time the bathroom is shared. Your space kinda like its own little studio apartment. How much you interact with the other roommate is totally up to you! The bed is lofted. It's queen and can sleep two people comfortably. There is also couch that pulls out. The room has a ceiling fan (AC will be installed in the Spring and Summer) and radiator heat. Fast internet and all that jazz. The room also has a small but loud sound system with a record player (feel free to peruse the records) and aux cables to play music off of a computer, phone etc. Guest access Guests will have access to the kitchen, living room, the private bathroom, coin-op laundry in the basement, and the back yard (accessible through the basement). There's a small roof and fire escape both accessible directly from the bedroom... for emergency use only ;) During your stay This is my personal space so if you're staying here it means I may be out of town for part or all of your stay. I have an office located in the apartment so I am here depending on my work schedule. My housemate Joe lives here full time and can assist with minor things but please contact me with any questions, comments or concerns!
