Set back from a quiet street is a 4000 sq. ft. home with a private bedroom for you. An oak bedroom set includes a queen pillow-topped mattress and full dresser, and a 32-in LED TV with ROKU. A full bathroom is just a few steps away. This rural setting (2 miles to a convenience store and 6 miles from the city of Strongsville) is on 6 acres of wooded, park-like land with a fishing pond. You'll enjoy the quiet, peaceful area with a 2-street neighborhood that is great for an evening stroll/jog. The space Quiet, comfortable country location with plenty of room to relax either in your own room, or in the large family room with 75" LED TV and gas fireplace. Guest access Guests can use the kitchen and laundry facilities, picnic on the deck, and go for a walk along the tree-lined quiet yard and street. A shelf in the kitchen refrigerator and a pantry shelf is available for your use. During your stay If I am in town, I have my own bedroom/bathroom on the second floor at the other end of the hall from the guest rooms. If I am out of town, I can make arrangements for guests to meet with my neighbor who can assist them in checking in/out. I am sometimes available for conversation or recommendations on restaurants, things to do, etc. - or, just leave you to your own activities if you prefer. I am retired, often travel and keep plenty busy on my own, but love to meet new people and am usually available within an hour by cell phone (call or text) or e-mail. Other things to note There are 3 cats that live in the house. They are all friendly, but two are more shy than the most outgoing one who will be sure to greet you.
