Nashville Dream Condo ~ Melrose ~2 miles Downtown!

This studio has been rented long term and some decorations have changed. I will be renting for 30+ days only. Work hard, dream big! My Nashville Dream Condo is a dream come true- I’m so happy I can share it with you! Located in the ever-growing Melrose area of Nashville. Walkable distance to some of my favorite Nashville restaurants and entertainment venues. Publix is less than 5 min walk! 10-15 min Uber or Lyft ride to downtown depending on city traffic (around $10 per ride). The space It’s a cozy & comfy place for you to rest after a long day of sightseeing. Located on the 2nd floor of building 803 in the ever-growing Melrose neighborhood (we’re on the highest floor of this building, so no annoying loud footsteps over you!). My condo is professionally cleaned, even the comforters/blankets/quilt (apparently hotels and other bnbs don’t wash their comforters after every guest!?! Ew. Not cool.) Decorated to inspire you to keep on dreaming! It’s WIFI equipped with a queen size bed, a full size sofa bed and a twin size trundle (pulls out from queen size bed). Super comfortable beds! Condo is equipped with basic cable TV. Smart TV has Hulu and Netflix but you'll have to use your own login. Take a nice bath, grab a glass of wine, and relax as you make my home your temporary oasis. Guest access There’s a seasonal pool (opened from May to September) that’s all yours located in the adjacent building, close enough for you to enjoy but far enough to help keep the noise down a bit for you when you want to sleep! Need your caffeine fix? We have a single serve coffee machine that can use either K-Cups or grounds. Walking distance to First Watch. I always recommend getting coffee/breakfast out since one of the best things to do in Nashville is eat/drink and we’re right next to one of my favorite breakfast places: 8th & Roast and Frothy Monkey! My condo has a keyless entry, which makes checking in seamless and no worrying about losing the keys! I’m also located 30 minutes away in case you need anything emergency wise! There is also a lot of free parking space in the complex. There’s a laundry room that uses quarters and/or credit cards located by the pool. It is located in the back of building 801 Studio I. No laundry detergent or other laundry supplies are provided, but there is a dollar store or Publix down the street if needed. Other things to note Must be 21 years of age to book according to Nashville rental laws.
