The Red Lady Retreat offers one of the only outdoor pools in Mount Crested Butte! Enjoy the short walk (or free shuttle ride) to the base area, and relax by the fireplace in the evenings. This is the perfect home base for all of your Crested Butte adventures! The space **Please read and agree to all of the disclosures at the bottom of the listing description prior to submitting a booking request.** This centrally located 3bd, 3ba condo in Mount Crested Butte really has it all! Go up 2 flights of indoor stairs to access the condo. Upon entry, the main living area includes a fully stocked kitchen, dining table with seating for 6, and an incredibly cozy Living Room. This main area includes the wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided) and access to the small deck space where you can store skis/gear and take in the fresh air! From the right side of the main area, the Master Suite awaits! This room offers a queen sized bed and it's own private full bath. The other side of the condo includes two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and one with a king. Both bedrooms include en-suite full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to prepare a meal for the whole family. Starter supply of standard coffee is provided. Enjoy the shared building amenities like coin-operated washer/dryers (quarters not provided), outdoor pool, hot tub, grill, outdoor seating. Please note the pool area is located about 50 yards from the building. DISCLOSURES: *MULTI-RENTAL CONFIGURATION: This condo includes a lock-off bedroom and thus can be rented as a Studio, 2 bedroom, or 3 bedroom configuration. Please note that the 3 bedroom configuration is the only way for guests to receive 2 parking passes. PET DISCLOSURE: Pets (including Emotional Support Animals) are not allowed in this building. You will be assessed a $500.00 fine and asked to leave immediately with no refund if you are found to be in violation of this rule. QUIET HOURS: Absolutely no parties. Many long-term working residents live in this building; excessive noise outside of 9am-9pm will not be tolerated. PARKING: Guests are allotted 2 parking passes to be used in the building lot. There is no assigned parking. No trailers/RVs. There is no additional overnight parking in Mount Crested Butte. Free street parking is available in the town of Crested Butte (3 miles, follow posted signage diligently). 2 parking passes are provided/unit; this is non-negotiable, please plan accordingly! POOL/HOT TUB: The pool and hot tub are managed by the building HOA. West Elk Property Management cannot foresee closures due to routine maintenance or cleaning and therefore will not offer refunds in the event the pool or hot tub is unusable for part or all of your stay. Please be aware the pool and hot tub are available during the Winter and Summer months only. Off-Season closures are typically from early April to early June and again around late September to early December. AIR CONDITIONING: There is no air conditioning in this building. The afternoon sun does hit this condo making the balcony an excellent spot to sit an enjoy the mountain air. Air conditioning is very uncommon in the Gunnison Valley; I would be happy to point you in the direction of some great local rivers and lakes to help cool you off :) CBMR SUMMER DATES OF OPERATION: Crested Butte Mountain Resort opens for the Summer 2026 Season on June 13th.
