One room is private with private bath upstairs and it has a regular queen mattress . There is a loft with sofa and is shared with owner. Beautiful view of the pond. 10 min. to Parkview, 15 min. to Glenbrook Mall,8 min. to winery, and many restaurants within 4miles. There is no access to kitchen but I have provided microwave, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator. The space You have closet hanging space Ironing board and iron. There is a dining room table in the loft for your use as well as a microwave, toaster, and refrigerator in the loft for your use. Guest access If you do use the outdoor patio or swing please enter from the outside gate on the right of driveway weather permitting. In the summer we have an association pool. , you will have to have a card to unlock gate and if lost it is a $100.00 fine. There is a launder mat just 3 miles from my home. You will have your own refrigerator, microwave , toaster and Kurig coffee maker upstairs. If your shoes are muddy or wet please remove them before going upstairs to your room, I would appreciate it greatly:) I have a coded door lock and you will have your own individual code to enter and then you can come and go as your please, just remember to lock the door when you leave thank you! During your stay You may text or call me at any time for any questions or requests you may have. I will interact only what you are comfortable with. I try to provide as much privacy as possible for my guests. Other things to note You may park on either side of the street , if you prefer to park in driveway please park on far right side as I keep my car on left side of garage and will need to get out of driveway at times. I do ask that all guests be vaccinated for Covid.
