Cozy Private Studio in Quiet Historic Neighborhood

Settle into our cozy private studio located behind our main residence in a quiet historic neighborhood. The space includes a comfortable queen bed, a sofa bed best suited for one small guest or a child, a 46” TV with streaming apps, and a compact kitchenette for light meals and coffee. This studio is best suited for solo travelers or couples seeking a calm, comfortable place to stay close to downtown and local restaurants. Designed for quiet, respectful stays. The space The studio is a private garage apartment located on our property and shares a detached one-car garage with the main residence. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable queen bed, a sofa bed best suited for a child or one smaller guest, a 46” TV with streaming services, and a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. The space is thoughtfully designed for solo travelers or couples looking for a quiet, comfortable stay. Guest access Guests have private access to the studio apartment via a separate exterior entrance located behind the main residence. The studio is situated on our property and is adjacent to a detached one-car garage, which is shared with the main residence. Guests do not need to enter the garage to access the studio and do not have access to the garage interior or any storage areas. Access is limited to the studio and designated guest areas only. Parking instructions are provided prior to arrival. Other things to note 🛋️ Sofa Bed Use The sofa bed is best suited for children or one smaller guest. It is not recommended for multiple adults, as it may not provide the comfort needed for a full night’s rest. Please note that the coffee table must be moved to unfold the sofa bed. If lifting is a concern, contact us prior to your stay and we are happy to rearrange the furniture. ⏰ Late Check-Out Late check-out may be arranged for an additional half-night’s rate, subject to availability. 📶 Internet Wi-Fi is provided. Please note there is no Ethernet or wired internet connection available. 🚗 Shared Garage The garage is shared with the main residence and houses one of our vehicles. On weekdays, the garage door may be in use around 7:00 AM. The vehicle may be perceived as relatively loud. If this could pose a disturbance, we are happy to park the vehicle outside upon request. 🔐 Security Deposit While it is common for hosts to set security deposits, instances requiring their use are rare. Deposits are held exclusively by Airbnb and remain untouched unless a claim is filed. Hosts do not handle or have access to deposit funds.
