You’ll love this waterfront hideaway because of the location, views, and the ambiance. My place is suburb for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and canine friends. The space This Rambler has a lot of people spaces to gather. Large, open family area with large Pella doors leading you to one of the two 80 ft decks on the property. With 3 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs, the house sleeps 8 comfortably but can certainly accommodate more, if required. The finished basement has a new, very large bathroom with a walk-in shower, a pool table, chess, TV area, kids play area and a complete laundry room. Back yard is fenced in with access to the basement. Guest access Ask me, there's a lot. I will add more here later. Other things to note There is a standard 25 dollar per day per pet fee, regardless of size, caged or uncaged, canine. However, on some occasions I will make special arrangements and offers regarding pet fees. ALL pets need PRIOR APPROVAL. I have Labradors and Labradoodles, so the house does cater to canines. If you are planning to bring a pet, please start the discussion with me as soon as possible. It requires a lot more time and effort in cleaning and preparation between guests and annual maintenance.
