A large and complete house for your family, located in a residential neighborhood of Ribeirão, close to downtown. We have 5 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 en-suites) with 13 beds in total, two queen-size beds and 11 single beds, total accommodation for 15 guests in beds, leisure area with swimming pool, equipped with TV, stove, barbecue grill and refrigerator. Parking spaces for up to 7 cars inside the house, more security and tranquility during your stay. The space Our house is complete, with two kitchens, one internal and one external in the barbecue area, with a large counter for meals and meetings, both with a refrigerator and utensils necessary for meals and total convenience for the number of guests in the space. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, and use of the space is exclusive to guests registered with the host. Visitors, parties or events will not be allowed on site. Other things to note No smoking inside the property, no parties or events, no loud noise, only ambient sound is allowed out of respect for our neighbors. All guests are registered with their full name and ID, the use of the space is exclusive to guests, in the event of a breach of the rules a fine will be applied and passed directly to airbnb.
