The space Boutique Villa is an entirely exclusive-use villa located along the Tyrrhenian coast, nestled in a pine forest that touches the sea. The main structure of the villa is comprised of 3 huts. Inside, you will find two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds), a bathroom, and a living room with a kitchenette and dining area. Externally, in another hut, there is a spacious kitchen with a view of the sea. In the garden, there is also a charming ceramic cottage with a bathroom and adjacent shower, situated next to a beautiful terrace with blue volcanic stone tiles, reminiscent of the sea in front of it. It is from here that you can admire stunning sunsets with a view of the Aeolian Islands. Around the garden, you will find hammocks and lounge chairs, with a central outdoor lounge area where you can relax in the shade under its thatched roof. The villa has direct access to the beach, a lava-stone barbecue, and a wood-fired oven. Guest access The villa is at your exclusive disposal and has a private access to a semi-deserted beach. In the garden, you will also have all the space you need to park cars, bicycles, or motorcycles.
