St Marys Bay, close to the city & Westhaven Marina

Our villa is close to Auckland city, the Westhaven Marina and boardwalk and its just down the road from Ponsonby. Cafes and restaurants are just a short walk away. We are potters and painters so the house if full of artwork and pottery! There is a deck with a louvered pergola, and an outdoor gas fireplace, making for an extra relaxed dining and seating area. The house has a beautiful kitchen with a good sized oven, and gas central heating so its very cosy in the winter too. The space You're welcomed on to the verandah at the front of the house where there's a wooden seat facing the gorgeous afternoon sun. Typical of a villa the 2 x double bedrooms are left and right off the hallway. The bathroom contains a good sized laundry, double vanity with two hand basins and a super shower with a shower head offering various settings for your pleasure. The living room is open plan which is connected to the kitchen and there's an office off the living room. The deck at the back of the house has two couches with side tables, a full sized table with relaxed seating for outdoor dining and an louvered roof that opens at the touch of a button . This roof makes outdoor living possible all year round even when its raining and the outdoor gas fire helps keep you warm. The house is surrounded by small gardens with garden sculpture and a bird bath. This is a quiet neighbourhood even though, in true St Marys Bay style, we have 6 neighbouring properties and we are so close to the action in Ponsonby, the harbour and the city. So the property is full and compact boasting everything you need and more! Guest access Guess access is via a lockbox which contains the key to the front door - open it and the house is all yours. Parking is on the street only - we usually get a park right outside the house. Parking in the area is restricted to two hours during week days 8am - 6pm. To enable parking during your stay please give me your vehicle's number plates on booking. Other things to note The house and bedrooms are close to the street. During the day the net curtains provide privacy; keeping these closed means you can see out but no one can see in.
