Located between La Rochelle, Rochefort and 10 minutes from Châtelaillon-Plage, our 110 m2 gîte, rated 3 stars, is ideal for a pleasant holiday. It is composed on the ground floor of a large 18 m2 kitchen with dining area, a 22 m2 bedroom (adapted for people with reduced mobility) and upstairs, two 35 m2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, toilet and TV. It can accommodate up to six people and is located on the "La Grange" property, close to 3200 m2 with two parking spaces. The space The exposed stone accommodation is equipped with fiber optic internet and free Wi-Fi access. Its amenities are new and of high quality. The beds are 160 cm X 200 cm in size. Access to the property and accommodation is for the exclusive use of guests who have booked. No other person is allowed to enter. Each bedroom has its own connected TV, bathroom and toilet. The gîte has a private plot with garden furniture and barbecue. We also offer room rentals. These listings can be viewed on the site or from our profile. Only room no. 3, its bathroom and its toilet are adapted for PRM. Only the ground floor is wheelchair accessible. The cottage cannot accommodate additional furniture such as a medical bed or other bulky or specific device. The use of a lift is possible but it cannot be slid under the bed, the bed frame being a chest. Any modification of the premises is not possible. Guest access You have access to the entire home and its private outdoor space of your rental only. You can park your vehicle for free in the property, which is secured by an electric gate with a digicode (2 spaces maximum). For motorcyclists, you will also have the opportunity to park your motorcycle in our garage. This service is charged 5 euro per day and per motorcycle (maximum 2 motorcycles) for the duration of the stay. Other things to note The rental price includes bed, bath and house linens for the duration of the stay. If during the stay, you want a change of linen, this service will be charged 4 euros for the towels per person and 9 euros per bed for the bed linen. Complete cleaning must be done by you before you leave. We offer to do it for you if you wish. This service is priced at 50 euros for the duration of the stay. We reserve the right to charge you for this service in the event that the cleaning is only done superficially. We offer the rental of electrical appliances (table plancha, raclette and fondue appliances - contact us). We also have another gite with swimming pool and SPA for four people.
