Rest in the green oasis near the Maas

Our holiday home is located in a beautiful street with historic buildings in the old village of Well aan de Maas. When you cross the street you are already on the banks of the Maas and you can walk or cycle into the nature reserve De Baend. The house is quietly located, behind the main house in the green garden with old trees. The garden is accessible through the French doors in the living room and you can use it freely. The house is 83 m2, with a spacious living room (connected to the garden through French doors) and bedroom. In between are the bathroom and kitchen, both of which have skylights in the ceiling. The house is heated by electric convector heaters and there is a radiator in the bathroom. You have your own patio with garden furniture where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the view of the green, private garden. The old trees in the garden are a popular spot for squirrels and birds. Bicycles can be stored in the garage next to the holiday home. Guest access You have free access to the backyard and if you have bicycles with you, you can store them roofed in. Other things to note You can park for free anywhere on our street. The tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person per night will be charged on site. To help you get started, you will find an information folder in the house. Here you can read, for example, where you can go out for dinner and where you can do your shopping. There are also various brochures with tips for fun outings in the area and where it is nice to walk and cycle.
