North Linden charming house close to OSU Campus comfortably fits two and centrally located, next to the Audubon park, I-71 highway and just 2 min walk to bus stop. The space Welcome to Columbus - the City of Buckeye Football, Blue Jackets Team and Ohio State University. This extra clean charming 3 bedrooms and 2 baths house located just 10 minutes walk to the bus stop and 5-10 minutes drive to OSU and downtown. This is three bedroom and two full baths house. In our home please feel free to use the kitchen for storing food and cooking. It has everything you might need to prepare a quick meal. Please use spices, kitchenware, dishes, glasses so you don't have to bring anything and just enjoy your stay. There is a traditional coffee maker and an electric tea kettle for your morning routine. The bathrooms have plenty of fluffy towels for your shower needs. Hairdryer is in the cabinet under the sink. All bedding we use to do our 2 queen beds is 300 thread counts. That is why we kindly ask to use provided washcloths to remove your make up. Stained bedding will need to be replaced and is the reason for forfeited security deposit. The iron and ironing board are in the house as well. Our mattresses are newer and very comfortable. The entry to the house is keyless, that way there is no need to carry keys with you. The unique entry code is provided before your arrival, which is typically last 4 digits of your phone number. Feel free to borrow books during your stay. The fast 100 Mbps Wi-Fi is provided as well, the password is 12345678. HDMI channel on TV has Roku, simply log into your preferred channel via ROKU, just remember to log out after you leave. The neighborhood is beautiful, cheerful, friendly and safe, just 10-15 minutes drive from downtown and OSU campus. We used to live here and neighbors are very nice and friendly. Some houses look nice, some, you would think, might need some work. The Yellowstone brewery 5 min drive to Indianola Ave has a wonderful choice of organic meals and a wealth of beer to choose from. The movie theater Studio 35 has a great bar as well. Next to the Studio 35 a strip mall with coffee shop, pizza place, ice cream, antique shop and many others to get a feel of local community. The Columbus art museum has a free admission on Sundays. Franklin Park Conservatory is fun to visit as well. COSI science museum frequently has interesting exhibits, and Columbus zoo is one of the best in the country! This is a perfect location for getting an urban fix for yourself, and then coming home and relaxing in a quiet area. We say quiet, because it is so quite in the lower level bedroom. Upstairs you could hear the train passing by sometimes and the street traffic. Weber Rd. bus stop is just a 2 minutes walk from the house. The bus number 8 and/or 31 takes you Downtown, OSU campus, Columbus Conventional Center, Nationwide Arena in approximately 20-30 minutes and anywhere else in Columbus via transfer. The bus schedule can be found on COTA website. So you don't need a car much to get around. Uber/Lyft is reliable and affordable. If you are returning late they will take you here from downtown for about $10-$14. Parking. If you travel in the car, there is plenty of space to safely park two-three cars in the private driveway by the house or on the street. Our back yard has a fenced in yard and the gate across the driveway. In the Summer we provide outdoor furniture and umbrella to enjoy our Ohio Summer when you can. Pets are welcome! (small dog/cat). The fee of $100 will be charged for smoking inside. - Be considered and turn off the lights, appliances, lower the furnace temperature to 59 degrees in Winter and 78 degrees in Summer when leaving the house. - Removed shoes inside are highly appreciated too. No heels on our floors! - Spilled, stained floor, furniture, carpet and/or bedding will require a deep cleaning, which will be charged to a guest, additional $100. - Due to the cleaning time the check out time is strictly 11 am. - We DO NOT allow loud, disruptive behavior and ask that all guests observe quiet hours between 10pm - 8am. Please book with someone else if you are looking to have a party with excessive drinking and uncontrollable behavior. - Registered, paying guests only. - Guest agrees to live peacefully and exercise due care in the use of the premises and also agrees that the appliances, fixtures, and appurtenances are under guests control. Therefore, host is not liable to you or your guests for any damages, whether to property or person, caused by failure of plumbing, heating, electricity, water, gas systems, or for failure of any other fixture.
