The space the house has: a bedroom (en-suite with full bathroom) with two bunk beds and a single bed; a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed; living room with 3- and 2-seat sofa, a 32-inch Smart TV; a dining room with a table and chairs; full kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave and kitchen utensils; a full social bathroom; a balcony (front area of the house) with a bench and a covered garage for two cars; a balcony (rear area of the house) overlooking the pool, with wooden table and benches, barbecue, a bathroom for pool use, as well as a tank and washing machine. Guest access The farm is located in a subdivision of farms, access to the subdivision is by highway, five minutes from the city of Torrinha, where you can find all kinds of commerce. Other things to note Pets are welcome, but the farm is surrounded with barbed wire and a live fence, which does not prevent the animals from escaping.
