Welcome to our Little Gypsy BoHome on the bay! The house is situated in Southern Anne Arundel County, MD in the quaint waterfront town of Tracy's Landing. Our home sits directly on The Chesapeake Bay with breathtaking views from every window. We offer a saltwater swimming pool, two corn hole game sets, a basketball hoop, beach access, canoe, 2 Paddle Boards, a gas grill, and a steam shower. The space Our home has a second floor bedroom with a queen bed and a private bath with a double sink vanity and a clawfoot tub with with a telephone faucet. There is a set of fairly steep and narrow steps to this bedroom. We offer a fold up twin sized floor futon with sheets in this room if needed. The first floor offers two smaller bedrooms, each with a king size bed. They share a bathroom. The bathroom on the first floor has a large custom steam shower. The family room offers a large sectional. The sunroom has a regular size sofa. The family room TV has basic cable and Apple TV. All three bedrooms have TV’s with Apple TV. The kitchen is well appointed with cooking spices, pots and pans, paper towels, coffee, and a regular electric coffee maker. We provide ground coffee, coffee beans and an electric grinder. There is also a Keurig K cup coffee maker (we provide 4 K Cups). Outside area offers the salt water swimming pool. The pool is open April 1st through October 31st and is not heated but gets quite warm naturally. We have a small beach area on The Chesapeake Bay, two corn hole sets, a basketball driveway hoop and ball, one large canoe, 2 Stand Up Paddle Boards and a gas BBQ grill. Our home is a wonderful zen space for all ages BUT please be aware that it is not advisable or safe to EVER have young children unsupervised inside or outside. There are steep steps to the beach and a high drop from above the beach area bulkhead that a child could easily fall from, the bay and a pool that are water/drowning hazards. We would highly recommend that families with toddlers and smaller children please consider that our home was not set up for younger children and that in booking our home you acknowledge the dangers involved. We do accept dogs (2 maximum) with an additional pet fee of $150 per stay. Guests must be aware that the yard is not fully fenced in. Our neighbors have very small dogs that are vulnerable to unleashed dogs. Guests must have their dogs leashed and under control at ALL times while outside. Please be aware that over time the bottom of our beach steps has eroded due to storms and high tides so you must access the beach from the lower right side of the lawn which simply requires one step to the sand. Our Wifi is via Xfinity and is work space and zoom conference capable with no issues. Many of our guests work from our home. Guest access Access to entire home and property only. Guests are NOT permitted on the pier next door. That is not our property. Please do not climb on the jetty rocks or wander onto the neighbors lawn and property. The property is not fully fenced in. Dogs must be leashed at all times while outside. Our neighbors have very small dogs who are vulnerable to unleashed dogs. We cannot allow guests to have dogs unleashed while in the yard. Pool opens April 1st and closes late October. The pool is not heated and is six feet deep at the deep end, 4 feet deep in the middle and there’s a one foot deep tanning ledge.
