The recently updated kitchen is fully equipped to delight the group's chef! Whether preparing a seafood feast or a light brunch, this bright and roomy space is a delight to work in. Large windows surround the dining table that will comfortably accommodate up to six people. Nomi's Ark has comfortable sleeping for up to four adults with a maximum occupancy of six. When it's time to rest, you'll find that the first bedroom is just as carefully appointed as the living area. Up the stairs is a comfortable king-size bed with beautiful end tables, reading lamps, and plush, designer linens. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a lovely dresser, pillows galore, and great lighting. A custom, remodeled bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. Nearby is a floor-to-ceiling bookcase with all kinds of reading materials and board games. While the home's inside is uniquely warm and beautiful, the landscaped and fully fenced backyard offers the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors no matter the weather with a hot tub to soak in after a long day on the beach. There's also a gas grill for hosting a summer cookout while watching the sun set over the Pacific. In the garage, you'll find 2 adult bikes, 1 toddler, 1 child bike, 4 beach chairs and a beach wagon - all provided for guest use!
