La Casita is your home away from home. It's a cozy and private detached guest house w/ a full kitchen, washer, dryer, high-speed internet, and a fully fenced yard. Easy access to I-35. Potential noise to note: neighbor does have roosters, chickens, and ducks. Trains do go through Main St. .8 mi. to The Carrington; 18 mi. to downtown Austin; 18 mi. from Austin airport and COTA; 13 mi. to Salt Lick BBQ; 20 mi. to Outlet Mall; 15 mi. to TX State & river in San Marcos; 1 pet max. La Casita has all the amenities you need and want: keyless entry, fully furnished kitchen, walk-in closet, washer and dryer, and a nice covered front porch with plenty of yard space. You'll have a private gate entrance on the side of the main house so you can freely come and go. Trains do come through Buda's Main St. and may be noticeable at times. There is WiFi and both smart TVs have Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime availability. Both driveway and street parking available. Close to amazing local restaurants and bars. Great location to stay whether you're going to Austin, San Antonio, and everything in between! You'll have full access to the entire guesthouse and the fenced area around La Casita. We're very close to Buda's Main Street which has unique shops, the Summer Moon Coffee Bar, Willie's Joint, and various other restaurants. Uber and Lyft available in the area. Reservations for 25 nights or more will have an additional cleaning fee of $30. This will be manually added after the reservation is confirmed. There are two AC window units. One is both a heater and air conditioner (in the living room) and the other is just an air conditioner (in the bedroom). They cool and heat the whole house very well. During the winter months, I do provide a portable heater.
