This accommodation is perfect if you are looking for a large and flexible solution. It is located right below Mount Vesuvius and has two double bedrooms and plenty of shared space! The train station is only a 3-minute walk away! After 4 years of excellent reviews and lots of smiles, this year (February 2026) I decided to renovate the entire accommodation to give my guests an even more beautiful, more welcoming, but above all completely new place to stay! The space This accommodation is very flexible and is taken care of directly by me! It has two independent rooms with double beds (160x190), with reading lights, USB-microUSB plugs, air conditioning, heating, fast Wi-Fi & Ethernet internet, Smart TV, and blackout curtains. Outside, there are beautiful balconies with plants, flowers, and lights, where you can drink coffee in the morning while looking at Vesuvius or enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. Discover the luxury of having two en-suite bathrooms. Each bathroom has a rain shower, hairdryer, beauty set, soft cotton towels, soaps, and a window for natural light and ventilation. The common area has a breakfast corner with a refrigerator, toaster, egg boiler, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, and kitchen utensils. There is no stove. Filtered water and coffee are always available. The common area has a table, another balcony, and an extra bed available upon request. At the entrance, you will find guides, manuals, and tips on how to visit the area, what to see, and how to organize yourself. I am available for transfers, excursions, cooking classes, and dinners in historic Neapolitan residences! The accommodation is very bright and spacious but is not suitable for people with reduced mobility: there are steps at the entrance and the width of the doors is not suitable. ---------- Important ->> - For reservations for two people, only one double bed (two places) will be prepared. For an additional double bed in another separate room, a supplement of €45 will be required. - There may be some noise due to renovation work on the buildings opposite (from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.). - Parking is available, it is not very large but it is really valuable here because it is hard to find. - Early and late check-in on request, for a fee. Guest access The accommodation is located in a building from the 1970s, where there are also other apartments. It is located on the third floor, served by an elevator. The entrance is on the front of a historic, narrow, uncrowded street. >>>>>> Attention for people with limited mobility, there are 5 steps before getting to the elevator. Parking is a 2-minute walk away, outside the building. How to Get There: Train -> Line to Torre Annunziata or Poggiomarino “Cavalli di Bronzo” stop Car -> Highway A3 exit San Giorgio a Cremano (CENTRO) or “Portici Ercolano” (coming from the south). Other things to note The apartment is located in a very populated area.
