Quiet oasis in the heart of Hamburg

The space The room itself is about 23 m² and is fully furnished with a large bed including 1 set of bed linen, a desk, a wardrobe, a TV and living room table, various shelves, as well as a sofa bed for guests. The highlight is the window sill, where you can sit well and watch the skyline of Hamburg, including the five church towers and the Elbphilharmonie. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Since the apartment was completely renovated before moving in, the bathroom is also in modern condition, including a towel dryer. You are welcome to use all items carefully! The second room belongs to my roommate Julian and is therefore not available to you. The room has about 23m² of space and is equipped with everything you'll need: 1 large bed + bedding, 1 desk, 1 wardrobe, 1 TV + table, several racks and one couch, which can be expanded to a bed for guests. The absolute highlight is the view from the window sill, where you can sit down and enjoy the beautiful sight of Hamburg with its 5 spires and the Elbe Philharmonic. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bathroom was restructured before I moved in, so every facility is up to date. Everything in the apartment can be used in a respective manner. The second room is occupied by my roommate Julian and may not be entered. Guest access You have free access to my room, the kitchen, the bathroom, as well as a bicycle cellar. You may enter my room, the kitchen, the bathroom or the basement of the house, where you can store your bicycle. Other things to note Our household tries to be as sustainable as possible, i.e. the garbage is properly separated and disposable products and plastic are avoided. Please do not bring disposable bottles, products from Nestlé, Coca Cola or similar and try to adjust your consumption of similar products during your stay. Please note the current pandemic situation. We try to be a sustainable household. So please make sure to separate the trash correctly (plastic, paper, organic waste, glass, and residual waste) and don't use single-use products, especially those made out of plastic.
