Enjoy this beautiful, newly-renovated, modern home with solar heated swimming pool. You will share our family home with my daughter and our two beautiful dogs. * One bedroom (sleeps up to 2 adults) level 2 (an additional room (for 2 people) is available on level 1 to book via Air B&B - ask host for listing and booking link) *Bedroom is light-filled, modern and spacious *One shared bathroom for guests *Laundry *Modern kitchen for basic use *Open plan guest rumpus/lounge room with large TV. The space Bedroom: Situated on level 2, the room is modern in look and feel and has storage space for all of your clothes and shoes. A queen bed is dressed in hotel-quality linens with fresh towels supplied. There is a wall mounted TV and beverage making facilities. A desk and chair provides a private location for work or study. Bathroom: Large double walk-in shower, stand-alone bath all stocked with luxurious body wash, soap, shampoo/conditioner and hairdryer. A toilet is in the bathroom. Bathroom may be shared with other guests if present. Kitchen: Large kitchen for basic guest use. Microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, basic pantry items (salt, pepper, tomato sauce), dishes and cutlery available. This is a family kitchen which is usually busy preparing food. Laundry: Washing machine is available with soap powder provided. Clothes horse is available to dry clothes. Rumpus: Living/Rumpus room is available for guest use on level 2. This area has a comfortable modular sofa with chaise and large TV. Dining: Guests are welcome to share our family dining room on the ground floor. There is a small dining table in the guest rumpus on level 2. Guest access * #1 tram is 400 steps from our front door and will take you into the heart of the Melbourne CBD in 10-15 minutes. #96 light-rail is a 12 minute walk for a fast arrival into Melbourne's Bourke Street shopping precinct and Chinatown restaurant hub. A 30 minute walk will take you to the Southbank area alongside the Yarra River for dining and people-watching. Parking is available on street outside our home in accordance with signage. During your stay I will be available to assist guests throughout their stay.
