Beautiful 3 beds 2 baths home located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a working class neighborhood. It has a level front yard and sloped fenced backyard. Located only minutes from restaurants, shopping, and fitness facilities it is approximately 9.2 mile (16 minutes drive) from Ft. Moore, 2.6 miles or (8 minutes) from downtown Columbus and Whitewater Express, and (6 minutes) from South Commons Softball Complex; Columbus Civic Center, and 3.6 miles (8 minutes) from the Convention and Trade center. The living room that features a large flat-screen TV is right off the large well equipped eat-in kitchen, bedrooms, second bathroom, and laundry room (detergent not provided) are all located on either side of the hall. Bedrooms are equipped as such; the master bedroom has a private bathroom and walk-in closet (Bath and Hand towels provided). Each room is equipped with a 42-inch Flatscreen flat-screen TV (apps such as Prime, Netflix, and Hulu installed on each). The home has central heating and air, free Wi-Fi. This home was decorated with no clutter in mind. The front features a driveway that can hold up to 4 mid-size cars plus extra street parking, located at the end of the street in a cul-de-sac offers maximum peace, quiet and privacy to enjoy this wonderful space. Pets are welcome however, if you have a pet that sheds significantly, you will be charged an additional $20 for cleaning to account for those like me with pet allergies. We also ask that you don’t allow your pets to climb on beds and furniture in addition we will hold you responsible for all damage caused by your pet. This property is equipped with a Smart-Lock that is touch sensitive you must touch the black area for the keys to illuminate. When the numbers are visible enter your 4-digit pin then press the lock button/icon below the key hold and you will hear the lock disengage signaling that the door is open, and you can enter. I’m only a message away if guests need anything whatsoever a simple message is all it takes. No personal interaction is necessary unless the guest requests it. The home is located in the cul-de-sac of a small neighborhood. During the summer you can find kids play outside riding their bikes in the winter kids tend to stay indoors. The cul-de-sac is very quiet as there are no through traffic or disturbances to disturb sleeping guests. The house is located about 3 minutes off AL Highway 280 which can either take you directly into Columbus GA to the east or Auburn AL to the west. There are NO interior cameras or recording devices however we do have exterior cameras, one doorbell camera that faces the driveway/street, a surveillance camera facing the cul-de-sac/front of the house, another on the right side of the house covering the side of the house where the BBQ grille is located and soon to be one covering the backyard. Birthday parties and events are strictly prohibited. Clean up after an unauthorized party will be subject to a $300 cleaning fee.
