This newly renovated and newly furnished bright suite is only 10 mins to downtown & is in a friendly neighborhood. Quick drive to the airport, McArthur Isld, close to highway heading to Sun peaks and Jasper. The space We strive to make sure you feel cozy and happy with your stay. We are happy to host you whether you are staying here for work or play. We have two level house for your stay. The entry to the house is at ground level with just few steps to the main door. As you enter through the main door there is a living room with open kitchen and dinning, a powder room and a deck. The stairs in the living room lead you down to the lower level which has three bedrooms which include one master bedroom and two more bedrooms. There is also a full size washroom and a laundry room. YOUR LIVING ROOM AND OPEN KITCHEN The living room is easily accessible and you can see the beautiful Panoramic view of the mountains and city view. The pull out sofa turns into a bed for you to relax and chill with Netflix on the Samsung 50 inch smart Tv. There is a dinning area and open kitchen. There is a powder room on the main floor for convenience. YOUR KITCHEN The kitchen comes with all you’ll need to prepare basic food, it comes with basic crockery and includes coffee & tea. The full sized kitchen has stove, oven, microwave, full sized fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, lots of cabinets and spices. YOUR BEDROOM RETREAT A good night’s sleep recharges your mind and body. We have three bedrooms for you downstairs. YOUR MASTER BEDROOM We have brand new king size bed with brand new high end mattress, complete with fresh linen sheets and pillows and closet. The master bedroom has its own balcony with same mountain view as seen from the living room. There is an office desk and chair you can use for your work. The master bathroom has a three piece unit with fresh towels and toiletries. YOUR SECOND BEDROOM The second bedroom has new queen size bed and mattress with fresh linens. You can still see the city view from the window of this bedroom. YOUR THIRD BEDROOM This room has a brand new double bed and double mattress with linens and closet. Extra blankets are also provided. Rest easy and sink into your own little hideaway. YOUR LAUNDRY AREA There is a laundry area with full sized stacked washer, drier with laundry detergent for you to use whenever needed. Its like your home with a view. Guest access As you arrive you will have access to Wi-Fi / Free Parking / Main door access 24-hour check-in availability. Guests will have full access to the entire suite till the date you check out. Other things to note **Note - Top two floors are exclusive for you Air BnB stay. It is self contained, private with your own separate entrance and access code which will be granted to you on the day of your arrival. We have a legal basement suite for our friendly renters with their own separate entrance. Please be mindful and respectful of our family friendly neighborhood and be considerate and treat this home like your own. No pets, service dogs or any other pet of any kind allowed. Please NO LOITERING IN THE BACKYARD our renters share the backyard, they have separate entrance. Please DO NOT walk around with shoes inside the suite.
