New Town Rental Rules in Narragansett - Our House is for a Total of 6 (which includes all children) 7 Days Weekly Rentals May - September (Saturday - Saturday) 3 days minimum off season We do have a Linen Bed & Bath Package for 2025 Guest access Front Patio: with 4 Adirondack Chairs & Umbrella, with beautiful water view, great for morning coffee. Back Yard: Firepit with Adirondack Chairs, 2 Lounge Chairs for enjoying sunbathing or Sunsets views, Side Yard: Table for 8, Sofa & Chairs with Umbrella. Bar for Happy Hour, Gas Grill, Lobster Pot for a Seafood Fest Available In Storage Area: Beach Chairs, Beach Toys, Beach Umbrella, Life Jackets, Boogie Boards. Other: Bikes (2), Kayaks (3) There are no events, gatherings, weddings, photo shoots, tv/movie production allowed on the property without owner's permission. This is a very quiet, private neighborhood. There is no on street parking. There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway. With beach in front of the house, all docks are privately owned, there is no access & is not allowed. Other things to note BEACH HOUSE RULES: We are required either by Airbnb or the Town of Narragansett to outline the following: The Beach House accommodates 6 Guest, which includes all infants, children, guest & extended family members. All persons staying at the Beach House needs to be outlined prior to stay. If more than 6 persons are staying at the Beach House, there is a $75 fee per person, per night - owner needs to be notified The Linen Service will drop your Kitchen & Bath Package and should be on site once you check in. Follow their instructions that have been outlined. The House offers 8 Pillows, 4 Blankets & 6 Beach Towels if these items are used, they need to be Washed & Returned to their proper place at the end of your stay. Mattress/Pillow Covers should remain on and not be given to the Linen Service. Replacement Fees for each of the above is $20 for each item. Lost Remote Controls TVs & Fan $100 each No Pets Allowed on premises including service animals :( Due to a Health concerns. Any Pets on Premises will be subject to $500 deep cleaning free. There is No on Street Parking - 4 Cars Max Doors should always be shut & locked. Windows closed at the end of your stay. Smoking on the premises will be subject to a $500.00 deep cleaning/repair fee Kayaks must be returned to side of bar when not in use - please spray down after using with fresh water. Umbrellas down when you are not on premises or Firepit is on. Firepit not to be used on windy days, when used must be water downed to ensure fire is out. Hose is on side of house. Remember to turn hose off. Lost Kayaks fee $400 Lost life jackets fee $50 Lost Keys Replacement $25 Replacement of Umbrella $500 We ask you to leave your shoes at the doors. We ask you not to cut the Flowers. We ask not to move the furniture. We ask Bikes to be left outside or in the Bar We request No Charging of Vehicles on site There are no large gatherings, reunions, weddings, parties, photo sessions or tv/movie productions on premises. At the End of your Stay, we ask for the Beach house to be left broom cleaned, dishes washed and back in the cabinets, garbage taken out to trash shed (Friday night Trash Company comes 6am Saturday morning), Lint removed from Dryer Screen, Stove & Refrigerators wiped down from food or spills, Refrigerator to be emptied. Additional cleaning fee may apply for each of $100. Late Check Outs are subject to $100 after 10am and each hour after - (request can be submitted).
