The space Home is located in a neighborhood of homes but sits on a gentle slope and is set back from the street so it is quiet. A large great room, kitchen and dining with 65” TV which offers free antenna channels and some free streaming sites, Netflix and other streaming sites available thru your own memberships. There are also many boardgames, some puzzles and toys to use. 3 generous sized bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bedroom has bathroom, king size bed, TV with antenna and access to many streaming channels so you can watch free channels or enter your own member password for streaming sites. Private bathroom with grab bars in tub. 2nd bedroom has queen bed and TV with antenna and Roku. Desk and chair for office work. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Closet with some toys for the younger children. All bedrooms have blackout window coverings and quality linens and towels. Private backyard terrace with furniture and gas BBQ, front covered patio offers awesome sunset, mountain and nighttime city views. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking & baking with plenty of utensils, pans and dishes. Keurig coffee maker, along with regular coffee maker. Some basic staples are provided. Complementary water, coffee pods and tea await you! Guest access The whole house including washer and dryer. Back and front yards and off street parking. No garage access. Other things to note Please notify me of any problems so they can be handled before they become bigger problems. Garage is not available since it is used for storage area. Parking for several vehicles. If there will be more than 2 cars let me know. Sometimes I will need access to the garage or some yard work will be needed, but I will work with you to find the best time so as not to disturb your stay. Changes to original booking may result in extra fees.
