The space This is a private room in a 4 bedroom town house, there are two en suites in this house but this is not one of them. However you will only be sharing the bathroom with one other room (two guests maximum) The kitchen is very very well equiped, laundry is free to use and there is pretty ample on street parking. If you are staying for longer than a week there will be some additional rules regarding how to keep communal areas (mostly the kitchen and bathroom area) organised but that should come naturally over time. Please note that toothbrush and toothpaste sets are not provided but are available for sale at $5 per set (one unit of each in Colgate brand) Guest access You can use your room and any common spaces including the living room, kitchen 2 patios, front yard and home gym. During your stay I’ll be living on the property so will be pretty close by a lot of the time... feel free to ask me anything : ) Other things to note Currently the house uses Optus nbn Basic toiletries like towels, shampoo conditioner and body wash, hair dryers etc are provided and feel free to ask if you need anything else Each room has an AC unit that has very good heating capabilities but please use the drafters provided to keep the warm air in as much as possible.
