This house is Located in the neighborhood of Mill Basin. The home has 4 rooms. 2 on the first floor and 2 on the 2nd floor. You will be staying on the 2nd floor with the 2 rooms which are newly renovated, included with a full bathroom, kitchen, and dining area. I the Host/owner live on the 1st floor which shares the same Hallway and Exit Entrance Leading to 2nd floor and the Street level. The building is surrounded with grocery stores, mall centers, transportation to Manhattan, NY & JFK airport. The space 2 Rooms with 2 Queen size beds with sofa chairs,writing desk, TV/Electronics and free Internet. Guest access The Access to the Units is through the Hallway front door and the back Door secondary means of Egress. During your stay At anytime I am available for help and assistance in case of emergency Other things to note Please Personal I.D have to be provided in case of security purposes.
