If you enjoy peace, quiteness, and privacy, this is the the place for you. If you want lots of activities, night life, you will be disappointed. **Check-in time is 2-6pm. Late arrival only for special circumstances. **Smoking in the unit (including on the balcony) is strictly prohibited. Any cigarette order in the apartment will be charged a penalty of THB5000. Summary of this listing: 1. Cha-Am and Huahin is a long beach area, about 30km. It is suggested that you rent a car or motorcycle to truly enjoy the area. Grab taxi is available with advance notice through its booking application. Public transportation is limited. 2. Cha-Am and Hua Hin is a weekend holiday destinations for locals, so during the week, you will be surprised to see few residents staying in the building. It will be very quite and some guests feel lonely of not seeing many people in the building and compound until the weekend. This is a very quite area and you will love it if you enjoy peacefulness and looking for true relaxation away from it all. You will hate it if you are looking for night life and lots of activities (although the night life in Huahin is only s short 15 minutes drive). The compound has 24 hours security and is very safe. 3. The unit has direct access into the large swimming pool, which you can jump in directly right from your bedroom or living room door. 4. The unit has everything you need during your stay. This is our vacation home, so we have put all appliances, comfortable mattress, good air conditioner, super fast WIFI. It has everything you need for your stay, such as large fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, induction cook top, utensils, pan, plates, bowls, spoon, knives, sink, and others. 5. There is a large sofa bed in the living room, which can turn into a Queen size bed. Please book the correct number of guests and we will provide towels, pillows, and beddings accordingly. 6. There are 4-5 restaurants in the area that are short walking from the unit. Sang Wien Restaurant is our favorite go to. You can also easily order Grab food delivery services. 7 Eleven is at the entrance into the complex. 7. Clubhouse is not available for short-term tenants. For long stay of 6 months, or more, we can arrange for access (fee applied) What are not provided in this apartment: 1. We do not provide daily cleaning, but you can request for this service for THB800 for each day requested. This include deep cleaning plus change of all linens and towels. We do not change towels either on daily or weekly, so you must be happy to wash it at nearby laundry facilities. 2. We do not provide any breakfast. You can do simple cooking for your own breakfast with the kitchen amenities provided. You can easily order Grab food delivery. 3. You will have everythjng you need to start, but we do not refill additional tissue papers, water bottles, coffee, detergents, and other stuff. We would recommend you to buy it from nearby supermarket to refill up to your requirement, if you need more, during your stay. In Summary: This beachfront property has everything that you need.
