Private Room + Bathroom in Fort Greene

Cozy private room and adjoining private bathroom in our triplex in a 1892 townhouse. The neighborhood is fantastic: quiet, green with lots of nice restaurants, cafes and Fort Greene Park within walking distance. It is a perfect base to explore Manhattan and the rest of Brooklyn, both are easily accessible, from (3) different metro stations, all within walking distance. The space The room is part of our triplex apartment. We live in the triplex but the entrance to your room is so that it can be accessed without passing through our personal living spaces. We welcome interaction with our guests but also understand if you prefer to keep to yourselves. The room is small but cozy and has an adjoining separate full bathroom. The closets are custom built with natural oak wood as the main material. There is desk space at the window sill and high speed internet. NOTE: the shower has been replaced with a new one as of October 2025. There are no longer any issues with the faucet or hot water. It also has a glass door so the issue of the bathroom floor getting wet is resolved. Guest access The entire room and bathroom is for your private use.
