We are 5 minutes by car (or 15 minutes on foot) from the beach, on a quiet and easily accessible street. The space The apartment is spacious, well ventilated and designed for those seeking a balance between leisure and rest. - Lower Floor: Two cozy bedrooms with double beds, both with direct access to private balconies with hammocks. Fully equipped kitchen for your meals, an entrance hall with dedicated space for surfboards and beach equipment, as well as a functional toilet and laundry room. - Upper Floor (Viewpoint): A large glazed room that functions as a second living room or extra bedroom. It has a comfortable sofa bed and plenty of space to enjoy the 360° view. - Facilities: Full bathroom, patio for indoor and outdoor parking. Access is via Servidão Joana Maria da Costa, a quiet road without the stress of traffic to park. Guest access - Ventilation and Climate: The house has no air conditioning, but it was designed to be extremely ventilated. Being in the midst of nature and in an elevated position, you enjoy a constant and refreshing breeze. It is the perfect place for those who prefer a more natural and healthy sleep, enjoying the freshness of Campeche. We have fans (1 per room) for the days of total calm, although the sea breeze usually does the job. - House Configuration: For your clarity, the property is divided into two independent apartments. This listing refers exclusively to the upper duplex unit (2nd and 3rd floors). - Accessibility: Access is via stairs.
