We live on the ground level with our son while this room is on the 2nd floor above an empty living room. 1 guest per room-No visitors permitted. The space This CHEAP, budget-oriented, NO-FRILLS room is 1 of 3 rooms on the 2nd floor. We’ve removed arbitrarily amenities to keep costs low & pass the savings onto you. This space HAS THE BARE-MINIMUM & IS ONLY GOOD FOR EASY-GOING, SELF-RELIANT GUESTS. Includes: Queen bed, WiFi, desk, microwave, mini-fridge & closet space. Please note: No kitchen access, No laundry access, Heat is set to 67°F during winter, A/C is set to 76°F during summer, Towels are provided, but washcloths are not. Guest access •Check-in after 5pm and check-out by 10am. Early check-in available for $28 (check-in after 2pm) and late check-out available for $28 (check-out by 1pm). •No bikes storage, No kitchen, No laundry. We have a Baking Kitchen that's off-limits to guests and separated by curtains. During your stay We live here but work a lot and prefer to communicate through Airbnb messages only. Please download the phone application for communication. Other things to note DON'T BOOK HERE if you're intolerant of diversity or gentrified neighborhoods! You should pay for a more affluent area if you want a "quiet" or touristy location. This is an AFFORDABLE up-and-coming area with a mix of Philly locals and college students.
