Guest suite in Anchorage

Our comfy and stylish mother In law style suite is centrally located in midtown Anchorage and within walking distance to grocery, shopping and many restaurants. Located just a mile from downtown, it also has easy access to Anchorage’s miles of walking and biking trails. The space The suite is attached to the main house but is completely private and has its own entrance, access to laundry, and dedicated parking space. Inside the suite is light and airy and has recently been upgraded with all new appliances, furnishings and decor. Guests can enjoy a partial view of the Chugach mountains through the front window while enjoying their morning coffee or tea. The unit has a private bedroom separate from the living space with a queen sized bed and overlooks the backyard. The futon in the living room can be utilized to accommodate a second sleeping area if needed. The suite and our main house are separated by a shared laundry area that is available to guests as needed. Guest access The unit comes with one dedicated parking space and there is street parking available for additional vehicles. The neighborhood is quiet and can be utilized for quick access to both the midtown business district as well as public biking and walking trails.
